BRIEF
The biennial Helicopter Technology & Operations Exhibition launched in 2004 and held under the Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates. Dubai HeliShow is a perfect platform for the international helicopter community to meet and interact with prospective customers including State delegates and trade visitors from the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC), the whole Middle East, the Indian sub-Continent, and Africa. The Dubai HeliShow 2020 will bring together key players and decision-makers from across the MENA region to a unique opportunity for the international helicopter, UAV/drone, and defence communities to showcase their products, knowledge, and expertise through the exhibits and conference. Various industry leaders will address the most relevant topics and current affairs for the advancement of all industry shareholders. Dubai HeliShow 2020 aims to connect the international and regional companies with the view to forming partnerships through several networking opportunities. Being recently formatted to become a hybrid type of show, Dubai HeliShow will be the first ever event in the Middle East region to use this engaging combination of physical and 3D virtual format for tradeshows, conferences, seminars, workshops and the like.

Usman Ahmed
CEO & Founder, AIRCORE
Has advised on several transaction worth more than a USD billion and has reviewed/audited many operators, OEMs, MROs and leasing companies. Usman was a member and adviser on the Helicopter Association International (HAI) Finance & Leasing Committee, He is also a Senior Accredited Appraiser with American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and is a graduate in Aeronautical Engineering from City University London.

Paolo Sommariva
Co-Founder & CEO, FL3XX
Co-founder of FL3XX, the leading aviation management platform that delivers complete and automated web and mobile-based workflows for Sales, Dispatch, Crew, Maintenance, and Reporting. He is a board member of the EBAA and prior to FL3XX, he founded the first seaplane airline service in the southern Italian islands and later a regional airline in northern Italy.

Caleb Carr
President & Chief Executive Officer Vita Inclinata
With over a decade of Search and Rescue and helicopter rescue ops experience. In recent years, Caleb has been employed in management roles at UBER and Microsoft. Caleb brings extensive knowledge of start-up development, real word expertise, and expert knowledge of the problem and potential solution. Caleb is currently a candidate to be a Patent Agent and JD in the coming years to help Vita excel regarding the development of its intellectual property.

Tomohiro Fukuzawa
Co-representative Director of CARTIVATOR CEO of SkyDrive.Inc
Graduated from Engineering dept., Tokyo University. Worked at Toyota Motor Co. for a global procurement of car parts. Won the Cost improvement prize by Toyota production method in many production fields. Participated in CARTIVATOR and became a Co-representative Director in 2014. Established management consultant company for manufacturing industry in 2017 and improved the business for more than 20 companies. Developed SkyDrive.Inc in 2018.

Attyah Al Jalal
Business Development Director Anti-Drone Middle East
BSc in Networking Technologies, Attyah is the Director of Anti-Drone Middle East. He has 10+ years of experience as I.T. Project Manager and Consultant. Attyah is specialized in Technology Evaluation and I.T. Security Systems and Infrastructure Design, Execution and Management. Attyah is a certified Project Management Professional, Cisco Certified Network Expert and obtained the Cisco Enterprise Networks Architecture Specialization. He speaks Arabic, English and German.

Dr. Hussain F. Alhallaf
Aviation Expert & Advisor KSA
Before joining Riyadh Airports Company, he has more than 13 years of experience working in the aviation industry in both regulator and operator organizations. He has worked with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) in Saudi Arabia, were his latest position was International Coordination and Research Manager. He has also worked as the Aviation Safety and Security Manager of flyadeal airline a subsidiary of Saudi Arabian airline. Additionally, he teaches aviation management classes at Prince Sultan University in the aviation department.

Dr. Luuk van Dijk
Founder & CEO, Daedalean
PhD in Physics (UvA, RuG). Luuk advises a number of international tech start-ups and previously held Senior Software Engineering positions at Google Zürich and SpaceX, where he worked on infrastructure, flight software, and machine learning projects, among others. In 2016 he founded Daedalean, a Zürich-based startup developing an autopilot for the autonomous flight that will outperform human pilots in all their functions. Daedalean works with major eVTOL companies and leading aerospace manufacturers to specify, build, test and certify a fully autonomous sensor and autopilot system.

Markus Farner
Leader Innovation & Digitalisation / Manager UAS Integration Program, Federal Office for Civil Aviation, Switzerland
He has been with Swiss FOCA for over 13 years, initially in avionics with a responsibility in electromagnetic compatibility. In 2007 he started his activities moved to the field of UAS, where he took over the responsibility in 2010. At the international level, Mr. Farner represents Switzerland in the Joint Authorities for Rulemaking on unmanned Systems (JARUS) where he chairs the working group responsible for developing airworthiness requirements for UAS.

Stefan Becker
Member of Management and Head of Corporate Development, Swiss Air-Rescue REGA
Besides his regular job for Rega, Stefan Becker is the President of the CAMTS Global (Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems) and a member of the Board of Directors for the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems in the United States of America (CAMTS). He is also a Board Member and President Emeritus of the European HEMS & Air Ambulance Committee (EHAC). Stefan Becker is a member of the ICAO Helicopter Subgroup (HSG) and a member of the EASA Rotorcraft Committee. In addition, he is a Board Member of the Swiss aviation association AEROSUISSE. As a member of the Safety Working Group (WG4) of the Advisory Council of Aviation Research in Europe (ACARE), he has also worked on the implementation concept of Flightplan 2050, a strategic approach of the European Commission.

Rex J. Alexander
President, Five-Alpha LLC Infrastructure Advisor, Vertical Flight Society (VFS)
A 40-year veteran of aviation having functioned as a rotary wing and fixed wing pilot and maintenance technician, Mr. Alexander is co-founder and president of Five-Alpha (5α) LLC, a globally recognized aeronautical consultancy specialized in helicopter and vertical flight infrastructure development. He currently serves as Infrastructure Advisor to the Vertical Flight Society, is Co-chair of the U.S. Helicopter Safety Team’s (USHST) Infrastructure Working Group, a member of the National Fire Protection (NFPA) 418 Standard for Heliports committee, a member of ASTM International F38 committee’s vertiport standards development team, and a platform instructor at the Transportation Safety Institute on infrastructure accident investigation for FAA and NTSB personnel.

Tobias Willuhn
Program Management Aerospace & Defense Test and Measurement, Rohde & Schwarz
Head of Program Management for Aerospace & Defense, Europe in the Test and Measurement Division of Rohde & Schwarz. Driving the market development and marketing strategy to address the emerging markets of BVLOS UAV, Urban Air Mobility (UAM) and UTM he is also responsible for the European marketing program addressing customers in the Aerospace, Defense and Space market. Tobias Willuhn joined Rohde & Schwarz in 2011 coming from a position as Technical Officer in the German Air Force. He holds a Master-Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of the Armed Forces in Munich and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Universities of Reutlingen and Kent.

Kaydon Stanzione
Chief Executive Officer, Jaunt Air Mobility LLC
Responsible for overall direction and leadership in transformative aviation concepts that include vertically integrated technologies pertinent to the design and build of an all-electric VTOL air vehicle suitable for Urban Air Mobility. 30 years in advanced technology development in various industries to include defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure, transportation, telecommunications (incl. telematics, GPS), health care, and military systems. Former flight test pilot and engineer with experience in US and NATO defense programs. Entrepreneur with inventions in electronic hardware, software, telecommunications, decision support systems, automated remote wireless control systems, and cognitive decision aiding (neural net) systems. Industry work experience in military & defense systems, federal government, Fortune 50, privately-owned companies, and education. Extensive experience in raising funds, strategic vision & planning, rapid prototyping, and design-to-build.
